My stay at Paradise Hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff were incredibly friendly and the location was great, making it easy to explore Hoi An. On the other hand, I faced several issues like room odors, intermittent power outages, and inconsistent housekeeping that made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
